MSi Workforce Solutions is seeking motivated individuals in the Customer Service Call Center Customer Service Industry. Our idea candidates are motivated, and dependable individuals and will help us provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

What are we looking for?

We need individuals that have the ability to work as a team player as well as independently in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this position you must be enthusiastic, courteous, and enjoy helping people. This is a full-time position (40 hours) and requires that you be available to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

-Answers incoming operator calls, takes messages and transfers callers to the appropriate department

-Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

-Assists in scheduling service appointments and updates customer's records

-Makes outbound calls to our customers

-Works cooperatively with other departments

Requirements:

-Must be comfortable being on the phone for 8+ hours a day

-Customer service experience in a call center setting or experience as a receptionist

-Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

-Proper diction and grammar

-Outgoing, positive personality

-Punctual and dependable with the ability to work flexible hours

-Able to clear a Pre-employment background check

-Maintains a professional appearance and attitude

-Basic computer skills

-Fluency in Spanish a plus
